BOOKING POLICIES
Deposits: A deposit must be sent immediately after you book. If it is not sent within a 1 hour timeframe your appointment is at risk of being canceled.The Deposit goes towards your balance. Deposits are non-refundable!
Payments: Your remaining balance is due 24 hours before your allotted appointment time. Payments must be made via Cashapp, Zelle, or Apple Pay.
Late Arrivals/Starts: Arriving late to your scheduled appointment will be a $25 late fee after 10 mins. You are not guaranteed the ability to pay for additional time as I could potentially have clients after you. If there is an appointment scheduled after you, you will have to end at your set end time no matter what. Late starts to events are completely out of my control and it is not guaranteed that you will be allowed to pay for more time or be guaranteed a complete album or video product. A refund will not be issued.
Refunds: No refunds will be issued unless I cancel or there is an issue on my end. Payments can be used as a credit for up to 1 year.
Rescheduling: Rescheduling must happen up to 48 hours in advance in order to not be charged a deposit again. Exceptions could potentially be made for emergencies beyond your control.
Equipment Damage: If at your event or scheduled appointment, my equipment is broken or stolen by you or anyone in your party, you are responsible for a complete replacement payment within 72hours.
Safety: If ever at any point, I feel as though my safety is compromised, I have every right to leave and you will not be guaranteed a refund.
Travel and Set Up: If you desire for me to travel and set up with equipment there will be an additional charge. If anything is broken and or stolen in your space by you or someone else not connected to AHarris Photography you are responsible for a full replacement payment within 72hours.
Turnaround Time: Please allow for 48-72 business hours for the return of your edited images as I do not send out raw images.
